 We guide for Classic Bird Hunts on our contacts page .  Located in Northern Wisconsin. 

Hazel was primary guide dog and River back up.  Hazel would get into double digit grouse and woodcocks and gunners not always harvesting a limit. They did try though.  Grouse hunting is fun but not as easy as you think.  These birds known as the king of the woods are masters at running and flushing early.  However they will also hold tight.  Woodcock are fun to hunt and hold tight for pointing dogs. Looking forward to next year after a great year guiding.  Grouse numbers are down but chasing woodcock made up for it.  Here are a few pictures. 

Dot and Hazel are littermates and in their prime.  Both are guide dogs for Classic Bird hunts.  I own Hazel and Dot is owned by friend Randy Mattis of Classic Bird Hunts. Early season bird.

She finished from the Bred By Exhibitor class with 2 yes 2 majors both 5 points.  River is a Best of Breed winner and was 2nd Money Female in the Central Futurity Show

 Autumn took a major going Best of Opposite for her GCH Bronze championship today at the Head of the Lakes Kennel Club in Superior WI 

 New AKC Champion from Bred By Exhibitor Class. Pending AKC paperwork.  Handled perfectly by Hannah, owner/breeder.

River took her last major today at the Head of the Lakes Kennel Club in Superior WI

Greta took winners for a 5 point major.  Gus went all the way to Best of Breed  over 2 specials for a 5 point major. River was reserve.

 Autumn is close to her UKC title.  Taking 2 Best of Breeds this past weekend and a Group 2nd and Group 4th.  She's having fun.

AKC CH/International Champion, Best Bred By in Show, Reserve Best Bred By in Show, group winner and placer, Junior Hunter, BCAT.  Working on UKC Show title and AKC GCH along with field work.

Autumn is a new INTERNATIONAL SHOW CHAMPION.  She finished her title Sunday in Hutchinson by taking another Bred By Group 1st then BEST IN SHOW- BRED BY.

We are so proud of this girl.💗

Saturday in 2 shows she won Bred By Group twice and Sporting Group twice.  Autumn then went on to take 2 Reserve BEST IN SHOW- BRED BY wins.  Judges all commented on her smooth effortless movement and outstanding conformation. 

 Autumn is on her way to being a UKC Champion.  This past weekend she attended 2 shows in 1 day taking best female and BEST OF BREED both shows. 💕 Autumn loves to show.  She will continue in UKC and finish her AKC GCH also.  Here she is with her ribbons.  Good girl Autumn
